DIRECTIONS & USE
Recommended dose: IBS, Diarrhea (adults): Stir one scoop (5g) in 250ml of water, 1-2 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Constipation, Stool, Glycemic Index (adults): Stir one scoop (5g) or two scoops (10g) in 250ml of water daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
